All original accessories, labels and invoices are included

Non-customized products or products that are specifically stated to be non-returnable

Customer service will provide a return address and specific operation instructions after review

Please package and return the product safely according to the instructions

It is recommended to use a traceable transportation method to return the product. Sipora LLC is not responsible for loss or damage during transportation

  1. Return shipping
    If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong goods, Sipora LLC will bear the return shipping costs; if the return is due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, wrong style), the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
  2. Refund Processing
    After the returned product is confirmed to be correct, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 5-7 working days. If it is a replacement, we will arrange to send the new product as soon as possible after confirming receipt of the return.
