- Return shipping
If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong goods, Sipora LLC will bear the return shipping costs; if the return is due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, wrong style), the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. - Refund Processing
After the returned product is confirmed to be correct, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 5-7 working days. If it is a replacement, we will arrange to send the new product as soon as possible after confirming receipt of the return.
